Scatterscrolls suffered from an issue where they would only scatter a random range from colors 1-47(white through sunshine) rather than 1-67(white through rose). They have been fixed are now functioning correctly with a random range within the 67 color set. [center][item=tri-color scatterscroll][/center] [b]The affected timeframe was from August 15th until September 22nd 0:00.[/b] (Note: Scrolls used after this timeframe were fixed and should have had the chance to scatter with the site's full color range.) If you have [i]used[/i] a scatter scroll during the affected time period and are unsatisfied with having used a scroll with the limited range, please do the following to receive account-bound replacement scatterscrolls with the full range available: [center][item=clanbound scatterscroll][/center] [b][url=http://flightrising.com/index.php?p=contact]Send us an e-mail[/url]:[/b] [LIST][*]The "From" field should contain the e-mail address you used to register and that we may use to contact you. [/LIST] [/LIST] Due to the volume of players affected, it may take us several days to over a week for compensation to be issued, but we will be working on this until everyone has been taken care of. If you purchased a scroll and resold it or traded it away, the person who used it was the one affected and the one who should contact us. Send us an e-mail:
  • The "From" field should contain the e-mail address you used to register and that we may use to contact you. It must match the e-mail we have on-file for your account.
  • The "Subject" field should be titled "Scatterscroll Range Bug"

    • Your account Name and ID# (The number can be found by visiting your lair and copying the number in the url)

so if i used a large volume of scatterscrolls, can i put a rough estimate? i didn't keep an exact count of how many i used.
