Hey all! It seemed like a good idea to collect a listing of players who can breed dragons for specific fandoms, so if this idea takes off, that's what you'll find here.

Also, I'm not sure which forum this will end up in. I assumed if it was just a listing and not a sales thread it would fit best in Discussion? But what do I know. :x

Entries will be organized alphabetically by fandom rather than by username or flight, to make it easier for players to scroll through ones that interest them. I will also try to keep entries alphabetized by character and then breeding pairs, but, that turns out to be surprisingly difficult, my apologies. At the moment, not all pairs correspond to characters in order, as this is a lot to reorganize.
This listing is for pairs of breedable dragons whose offspring are meant to be a particular character or resemble a general theme within a fandom. I.E.,
What we CAN list (example):
- Two dragons named Charizard who breed to make further Charizard hatchlings.
- Two dragons named Bulbasaur and Mike who can breed to make Charizard hatchlings.
- Two dragons whose offspring could resemble more than one character within a fandom or even a character in a different fandom equally well.
- Two dragons who make hatchlings with the right colors/breed to resemble something thematic about a fandom, such as a Pokeball.
What we cannot list (example):
- A single dragon named Pokeball.
- Two disparate dragons named Charizard and Pokeball whose offspring will not necessarily resemble any particular character.
- Breeding pairs who match characters ONLY due to apparel, skins, or accents, rather than through the heritable factors of color, genes, or breed.
- Original character dragons with no fandom relationship.
- Dragons from within a fandom who are original characters that will not be relevant to other players.
While any of those would be impressive, this is the wrong thread for them! I don't mean to make anybody feel excluded, they just aren't within the goal of this directory.
((For now, you may ask for single dragons to be listed as available studs. This may change if I feel the thread is getting away from its original stated goal of putting people in touch with players who have already created breeding pairs for these characters.))
To be added to this directory: send me a message or ping me with the following form filled out for each individual fandom you breed for. (You do not need to fill out multiple forms for multiple characters within an individual fandom.)

Please only submit your fandom pairs if you are open to being contacted by other players looking to buy hatchlings - this thread is meant to connect fans with dragons they can own!
((Fandom can be very subjective, so this index is going to have a very broad allowance. In addition to shows/books/comics we can include history, art, real world animals, sports fandom, etc. If you're not sure, ask! I'm going to draw the line at food, however.))
Breeders: Be thorough filling out your entries and make sure you provide all the necessary links - there are plenty of fandoms I'm not familiar with, and I'm not guaranteed to recognize any character you list, or to notice if you've misspelled a name somewhere. Thanks!
Fans: Be courteous and respectful when you message another player about hatchlings, and be aware some people may set high prices for highly desirable dragons. It's generally a good idea to ask about price upfront, to avoid confusion and disappointment.
If you would like to be pinged by other players who have hatched dragons that might match a character you're looking for, let me know and I can set up character/fandom specific pinglists.
Please do notify me of typos, misspellings, bbcode snarls or dead links and such. I want everything to function well and properly!
And definitely message or ping me to update any information associated with your entries, or to request removal.
Note: I work full-time, am going (back) to school, and am pretty busy outside the house. If I don't input your submissions right away, don't despair! I'll get you listed as soon as I am able. Sometimes I go for long stretches where I'm on my phone without access to a PC, and something this detailed is too much of a pain to edit via touchscreen.
I've reserved a couple of posts next in order to have room to list all the fandoms I know are out there, I hope it was enough. :x Submit away, and tell your friends! And please feel free to make suggestions about good directory layout, etc. Expect small frequent edits as I try to make everything legible and consistent. (And if you'd like to donate a banner... I won't stop you. >.>)
