For all sheets, the only things you should edit are to the left of the first grey bar. Anything to the right of that is calculated automatically.
Finances sheet:
An overview of your wealth and financial goals.
Treasure: The amount of treasure that you currently have.
Gems: The number of gems that you currently have.
Lair Size: How many dragons can your lair hold?
Nests: How many nests do you currently have?
AH Selling sheet:
A list of items you have in the auction house.
Item: An item you are selling.
Number in AH: How many of that item you are selling.
(Note: You may enter the same item more than once, for example if you have several stacks in the AH and want to list each one on its own line.)
Food Calc sheet:
Information about your food stores.
Converted insect/meat/seafood/plant pts: How many converted points of these food types do you currently have?
Convert these insects/meat/seafood/plants: A recommendation of what items you should convert into food points, based on your settings. Often comes just short of your conversion goals.
Hoard sheets:
Information about what items you have and how are using or plan to use them.
Item: The name of the item for this row.
ID: The ID number of the item for this row - keeps the items in the same order as they appear in your hoard.
Hoard: How many of this item is in your hoard. (For items that don't stack.)
Stacks: How many full stacks of this item are in your hoard.
Part. Stack: How many of this item are in partial stacks in your hoard. (You may enter math in this column, for example '=10+15' if you have one partial stack with ten items in it and another with fifteen.)
Save: How many of this item would you like to save, for collection purposes.
Collect: Set this to 'yes' if you are collecting this item in general, to stop it from being marked to sell.
Hide Available: Hide this item from the 'available' section of your shared lists.
Hide Wishlist: Hide this item from the 'wanted' section of your shared lists.
LE?: Is the item limited edition? (This column may be filled in with any data.)
AH Value: How much treasure is this item selling for in the auction house?
Auto Sell: How much treasure would you get for selling this item directly from your hoard?
Type: What type of food points does this item give when it is converted?
Pts: How many food points does this item give when it is converted?

Swipp Plans sheet:
Information about what trades you want to make with Swipp.
Make Trade: How many of this item do you want to receive from Swipp?
(The 'want' column shows how many of each item you want to get overall; it may be better to get these items from other sources besides Swipp.)
Dragons sheet:
Information about your dragons.
Dragon Name: The name of the dragon for this row.
ID#: The ID number of the dragon. (Optional)
Breed: The current breed of the dragon.
Primary Wanted: The primary scroll you plan to buy for this dragon, if any.
Secondary Wanted: The secondary scroll you plan to buy for this dragon, if any.
Tertiary Wanted: The tertiary scroll you plan to buy for this dragon, if any.
Breed Wanted: The breed change scroll you plan to buy for this dragon, if any.
Scatter?: Select 'yes' to indicate that this dragon will be scatterscrolled.
Rename?: Select 'yes' to indicate that this dragon will be renamed with a name change scroll.
Familiar: This dragon's familiar. (Leave blank if this dragon does not usually have a familiar equipped.)
Skin: The skin or accent worn by this dragon.
Apparel: The apparel items worn by this dragon.
(The smaller columns next to the Familiar, Skin, and Apparel columns will turn red if the entered item is not found in the relevant portion of the hoard, usually indicating a typo.)
Settings sheet:
Personal preferences and things that are determined by the community rather than the admins. Notes are included directly on this page.
World Data sheet:
Hardcoded facts about the world of Flight Rising.
Dragon Breeds: A list of every dragon type that exists in the game.
Food Type: The preferred food of each dragon type. (Whichever food type is listed first in the dragon's information.)
Primary Genes: A list of all the primary genes that exist in the game.
Secondary Genes: A list of all the secondary genes that exist in the game.
Tertiary Genes: A list of all the tertiary genes that exist in the game.
Food/day: How many food points each dragon eats per day due to normal hunger.
Lair Size: A list of possible lair sizes.
Cost to upgrade: The price in treasure to expand from a particular lair size to the next one.
Nests: A list of possible numbers of nests.
Cost to upgrade: The price in treasure to get an additional nest.
Swipp Trades sheet:
Information about what trades Swipp does.
Item: The item you can receive from Swipp.
Component: The items that you trade to Swipp.
# For Trade: The amount of each component item that Swipp wants.
Wanted: The number of trades of this type that you want to make.
Collected: The number of trades of this type that you can make with the items you own.
# To Get: How many of this component you need to collect to do all the trades of this type that you want to, in total.
# Owned: How many of this component you already own.
