How To Link To A Specific Post
If the post is your own...
Click the edit button, then click 'Submit.' Without doing anything, copy the URL link at the top of the page. Paste it wherever you want it to go, and clicking it should bring you right back to that same post.
If it is someone else's post...
Click the quote button. At the top, you will find something that looks like this:
http://flightrising.com/main.php?p=mb&board=___&id=___&qid=X&pid=___&page=_#reply
Highlight the number that comes right after &qid= with your mouse. In the example above, it would be 'X.' Copy that number. That is the post number of the post you want to link to. Still using the quote's link, replace all the spaces in the template with the quote's numbers. Then, still using the number from the post you want to link to (X,) replace the two numbers after &anchor= with that number. For example, the end of the link should now say &anchor=X#X (the # should already be in there.)
The template: http://flightrising.com/main.php?p=mb&board=___&id=___&page=_&anchor=_#_

*Update: @Maki has said that you do not need the anchor part at the end. Read the below post for more information about this! :)
