Hi, again! I have issues with some skins I got back. Two in particular. One is unaligned (and I've sent in a ticket for that a couple of weeks ago and another ticket in not that long ago) but still have no received any feedback. The other is an accent which is miscategorized. Sorry for the trouble. Thank you for this new thread, I hope it helps!

I don't know if this would be the right place to post but I had two winning skins from the Coliseum contest and only got one 5-copy skin bluprint. I don't know if Undel sent me only one or my mom's phone decided to screw up while I was retrieving items. It's not a big issue for me but I just want to know if it's going to be handled. Thanks!

I have an accent someone purchased for me for a female pearl catcher. I've sent two tickets since the accent came in like this

Where the icon IS the skin. I don't personally own a female pearlcatcher but when the person who bought it used it it just made the entire image black. They since gave it back to me to get it fixed.

Recovering from strokes I had in 2017. Be careful about over working yourselves, you never know what biological conditions you have that may force you to take a LONG break.

tec - You're not alone. I think the shutdown has affected the wait time. Some one who ordered some skins for me has also waited 9 days so far.
