Hello everyone,
The winners have been notified and prizes have been sent out. If you have not heard from me via private message, then your entry was not chosen as a winner.
This was (as always) a very difficult contest to judge. There were so many beautiful entries, and it was lovely to see them all. Sometimes we couldn't choose an entry due to technical details (shadow layer not maintained, pixellation, etc), the components already being used in another selected skin, or an overabundance of a particular breed/gender combo. Please know that everyone did an amazing job, and should feel proud for your accomplishments!
If you were not a winner, it is okay to print the skin or accent entry as a custom skin.
If you were a winner - please do not print your winning entry as a custom skin, as per the rules. :) We're going to be rolling these skins out over the course of several months, a little bit at a time like we did for the coliseum and marketplace skin contests.
Always wanted to craft a Swipp's Swapp Stand trade? Now is your chance! Pick any two ingredients not already used in a trade and paint a skin or accent based on the combination. (do not pick retired, cycled, holiday, or gem items please.) We'll then pick a series of winning entries and expand Swipp's Swapps with your amazing artwork!
Please do not post quantities of items in the trade, just the items that were used in the making of your skin. It is recommended that most trades involve a combination of items unique to the coliseum and unique to gathering, though choosing an abundantly available, devalued piece of apparel or familiar as a trade component is also a good methodology!
Entries must be your own creation (Submit your own art. No copyrighted characters). The use of texture is discouraged. Please do not watermark your contest submissions. Winning entries will become an official flight rising skin or accent, and may not be reused or reuploaded as a custom skin at a later date. Entries that are not selected will still be eligible for being uploaded by the user as a custom skin or accent.
A reminder to read the skin & accent creation rules. All entries must abide by these. The exception and addition to the existing rules is that we are are requiring all contest accents cover a minimum of 5% of the dragon, and a maximum of 50% (this is a change from the custom accent rules, which state an accent may be 1%-30% - this rule still holds true for all non-contest accents.) Accents are recommended to be markings rather than apparel, which is provided through the festive favors shop. Here some additional reminders for skin rules:

- Skins must maintain an intact shadow and line art layer that are darker than the colors they sit on top of.
- Do not erase into either of these layers.
- Do not make them so light that they do not appear distinctly darker than the colors that they rest on top of.
- Remember that skins and accents may not cover up line art or extend beyond the silouette of the dragon.
- All submissions must be 350x350 png24 with transparency. Large previews are fine, but we need the correctly sized image for judging.
