I don't want to change flights often. I really don't. I'm not looking to be able to pop around all willy-nilly, etc. But choosing the right flight is So Important, and when you're looking for one, people only tell you the Very Best about their flight. You don't really know how it us until you've spent a month or two there.
But then, if you're like me and made the Wrong Choice, you're sitting there every day, watching and waiting for your cooldown. Four months, three months, two months, until I can try once again to find someplace I feel like I actually belong.
In February I can try again, and pray that I get it right this time, because if I don't it'll be August before I can try again.
Three month cooldown? Four month cooldown? Something. I feel so out of place, and I just want a Flight that's my home the way so many of my friends feel about their Flights.
ETA: If the 3-month cooldown flight change cost 2x as many gems as a normal one, etc, I'm on board for that. I'll earn what I need.

I think 4 months would be better cooldown... It still would be long time to wait, but not half year. I can't see how it even would hurt anyone if it was reduced to 4 months. You still couldn't benefit from switching to dominant flight often.
It would be good for people who like travelling in different flights to experience them and better for those who feel like they made wrong choice.

I'd say 4 months would be okay. I'd be opposed to anything less than that, unless people were very, very sure they wanted a shorter cooldown.
