I would really love to see a toggle feature that allows users to choose weather they want dragons to display the new, updated art or keep the old one. Many of the new Art Updates go completely against what some users prefer.
For example, some users don't want the new armour to replace the old one. Or the new Fae Eyes for example:

I'm not really in support of a toggle between art at all, but those new eyes really are not an improvement. The pupil's edges really bothers me.
I wish they'd fix the old breeds' iridescence--it looks like they got an oil bath with inks added in.

I can understand an artist wanting to improve his/her old art. But the problem with changing it on a website is that people have paid real money and/or spent real time to gene their dragons and buy items for the old art. And no matter how good the new art is, there will always be people who like the old art better. I know I'd be very upset if Aegean's color/gene art was done differently. For that reason alone, I am inclined to support some type of "grandfathered in."
(Plus, this site is barely over a year old. It is kinda early to redo art when there's so many unreleased features, item suggestions, gene possibilities etc that haven't even been introduced.)

I do agree the pupils on the babies looks funky, as Undel has a lot of issues with tangents, but the babies at least no longer look dead. So that's an improvement.

I don't really see the need for it. A lot of people do like the new art, and I really don't think it's a bug. It could use more polish, yes, but it's definitely newer looking.

@FRiv actually FR is no longer Beta. The game has been offically open for over a year and four months; the only reason registration was closed was because of unforseen circumstances.
