I'd like to see an option when starting a CR to choose a friend's name from a drop down list.
It's not a huge issue but it'd be nice for me when renting nests or for dragon sales that are arranged offsite with good friends. I'm always worried I'll typo their name or get the wrong person when we're communicating on a site where their username is different or only slightly different.
A similar feature for PMs would be nice too.

Support, along with CR buttons on userpages (which I've suggested in the past)
I'd also love to see CR exchanges include inventory items, since at the moment there is no protected way besides the auction house to sell items to people.

Support! I was just sending my husband a level 25 dragon I borrowed for training today and after I clicked it, I had a minor panic that I might have spelled his name wrong. I didn't, but a way to avoid that panic would be lovely!
