New Tertiary - Peregrine | Suggestions

I was playing around with the Pearlcatcher psds and came up with this little design : [img]http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h67/megan_starr9/peregrine_tert_zpsc873a13a.png[/img] I went a bit too crazy for it to be an accent, but I thought it might make a nice tertiary =]. I love bird markings on dragons, and peregrines are just so pretty ^^ This is just a concept, I'm sure one of the amazing artists on here could take it and make something really gorgeous.
