Biography
Location: Shrieking Wilds Outpost
Named for the rainbow eucalyptus trees that his plumage evokes. A Shadow dragon initially destined to join the Gladekeeper's exalted ranks during the battle with Lightning, he was convinced to stay with the clan at the last second. However, when dawn broke the following day and Lightning was shown to have gained dominance, he felt a great sense of shame. He attempts to atone for the loss and the role, however small, that his change of heart could have played in it, by assisting the clan trainer Storeria with training operations when requested. He would love to become a trainer of his own someday, should a venue ever arise that better suited his elemental proficiencies. Most dragons in the clan have let him know he should not blame himself and that they are happy to have him as a member, with the vocal exception of Shemu, the oracle born during the Lightning storm who ceremoniously went nameless following Nature's loss. He rarely visits the Gladeveins outpost where Shemu conducts her business.
He lived in the Everbloom Gardens Cave at first, but moved to the Shrieking Wilds Outpost upon its construction. There, he and fellow Shadow elemental companions Silt and Murk exchange stories of hatchlinghoods in the Shadow flight and practice shadow magic together. When returning from coliseum expeditions with Storeria, he occasionally accompanies him back to the main cave to pay a visit to and see the beautiful flowers cultivated by the clan's members there. As a brightly colored dragon, he is a fan of such flowers, certainly. He definitely is not looking at the dragons that grow the flowers with any particular interest. What would give someone that impression?
