Gildas was found near the cold waters that border the Ice Flight during a blizzard. Taken in and raised as part of the Zephyr Wards, he wouldn't have even known he was from another flight if it weren't for his eyes. Found and raised by the lair leader themselves, Nesove & Rothco, Gildas looks to them as mentors and parents.

With his unwavering loyalty, bravery, and charm, Gildas worked his way up to become the lair's "second in command". He is surprisingly wise and quick witted for his age, and revered by most, especially his adopted father. However, everyone knows there is bad blood between him and Kovera, Nesove's bloodline.

He is quite, considerate and polite, but no one can ever tell what he is thinking or feeling behind those piercing white eyes. There are a lot of things the other still don't know about this young orphan from the south and he wants to keep it that way. Shadows gossip that he is planning on killing Nesove to take his place as the lair's new leader or to claim it for the Ice Flight, but most dismiss the whispers, figuring it's just Kovera's jealousy spreading rumors.
