╭━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╮
"I own nothing; I owe everything." ╰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╯ Piroska was never fond of others. If the company wasn't their own, it wasn't worth keeping. This extended to their old clan, which they left as soon as they were able. And no one could argue that Piroska wasn't able. From a very young age they had a practical outlook on how things should be done and what it would take to do them. They were never one for dreaming and kept themself grounded above all else. As a Plague dragon, Piroska had an affinity for poisons. They were overly fond of making them, finding the rarest and most difficult of herbs to cultivate toxins of varying pestilence. They didn't often use them since they were, at the time, living on their own and never sleeping in the same place twice. Anyone who managed to stumble upon them left because of their fierce savagery alone. Rose and Florus were in the Scarred Wasteland on clan business, there to help an ally clan fight off a nasty virus. It was by chance that they stumbled upon Piroska, but it was Florus who refused to back away. Despite Piroska's snarling and glaring and Rose's insistence that no, they don't need to take in every dragon they come across, Florus was dead set on giving Piroska a home. His stubbornness was the perfect match for Piroska's. Florus only wanted the skydancer because he could see their herb collection from the front of the cave and knew they was just the dragon to help them cure their ailing friends. Piroska wasn't as easy to convince, but when Florus refused to move unless they help him, they gave in just to get the two out of their hair. Until then, Piroska had never cured poison. They'd only made it. When they saw the sick dragons they at first felt stiff and wooden, as if they were out of place. Florus showed them some simple tasks they could do to help, but in no time they were working alongside him with a mighty speed. This was the beginning, but not the end, of Piroska learning to become a healer. They followed Florus home, with the appropriate amount of reluctance, and continued their learning of poisons - but this time, to cure them. |
