solusicon.gifSolus is a great warrior, it surprises most dragons to learn he is also the most kind and loving of fathers. He has a secret love for fancy things of any purple color, gold, and silver. He is always polished of scale and armor and rubs his scales with scented oils. Unlike most Ridgebacks, he doesn't "borrow" and is possessive of his things but he was not raised among other Ridgebacks or in the Shifting Expanse. Solus has his own modest underground lair, which he proudly tunneled himself. He doesn't allow anyone else in his home aside from those he has produced hatchlings with over time and his little ones.

His true love is currently missing and he cannot afford to search for her (because I'm waiting for the perfect Gen 1 lady to hatch, ahem ahem). He prefers females with the same, or very similar, coloring to him though he does have a weakness for those sporting gold and silver scales or trinkets.

His favorite child is a little girl he calls "Little One", he hides her whenever he leaves his tunnel home (he stays a bit away from Astro's main clan). Solus is borderline mental when it comes to protecting Little One, he loves his child dearly. He wants her to take after him and someday wear armor and be a warrior but those days are... far away. For now, he wants her to be safe and happy. He surrounds her with things he deems valuable to show her worth and she never goes hungry. He will even venture into water for her. Solus spends a lot of time finding pelts and soft things for his lair for his baby to sleep with warm and happy, he has built a beautiful lair glowing with strange lights, colored gems, and many animal pelts. He delights in finding something to bring back and give to his baby.

He lives with a Plague clan and considers himself loosely part of the group but is, at heart, of shadows. Perhaps it is because LittleOne's lovely purple eyes that his heart has shifted.

Solus offers his services as a guard, fighter, or fighting lessons for gold, silver, amber, and other precious gems, furs, silks, purple colored seafood, or something he thinks LittleOne would like.
