Aerie
Clan Founder and Prophetess
Partner and mate to Malv

Formerly a trusted adviser to a large clan in another Flight's territory, Aerie spent her life guiding others with her visions. When her powers mysteriously began to fail her, and the time between her visions grew longer and longer, she managed to hide it from everyone except her Guardian, Malv. She swore him to secrecy, afraid of falling out of favor and losing her position within the clan.

Disaster eventually struck when a wasting sickness began to claim dragons within the clan one by one. Although a cure was found, blame for the tragedy fell on Aerie, who everyone believed should have been able to warn them, and she was banished. Saddened, and ashamed of her deception, she and her Guardian wandered until a long-awaited vision guided her to the area they now call home.

Although her visions have now become too rare to be truly reliable, they still offer the occasional guidance, and she uses everything she learns to help her lead the clan. Only Malv knows of her past, and her refusal to speak of what happened, combined with her tendency to lead from behind the scenes makes her a somewhat mysterious figure within the clan. This suits her quiet personality just fine, however, as she's able to delegate the day-to-day running of the clan to others and focus on any large issues at hand.
