Manifesto makes his way quickly around the corner. He's proud of the speed this expensive new contraption gives him. And his wings never looked better. Even his jealous friends can't deny the beauty of the invention. It carries him quickly and smoothly by the busiest places on Sorneith and gives him unfair flying advantage, they complain. Everyone knows speed is of the utmost value for a dragon. But Manifesto doesn't care if they gnash their teeth in envy. He's on top of the world. He gets a thrill from taking a bit of a risk when he creates and masters new toys.

It doesn't hurt that everything in his life is seemly a breeze. Well, work in the Observatory could be better. The other scientists are holding back testing his new theories about the thing everyone is calling, "The Revealing." The problem is that Manifesto is not a scientist. He actually the ruler of the clan. So, no one at the Observatory takes him seriously or respects him. They are also a bit miffed that he is such a hard worker and all of Sorneith reveres his character. Until the task of discovering the quantum forces behind "The Revealing" is complete, there will be no way Manifesto can retire. He promised Revolution that this task would be his highest priority. This clan needs answers to this mystical transformation.

Soon, Manifesto concedes, "I must get serious about my job." I will have answers for her soon. What more can she ask of me! But secretly, Manifesto can't wait to enjoy life... even if it is in the fast lane.
