Brigid // Court of War

Hatched into the Flamecaller's forge, she started life as a fighter. In her nest she easily ruled her siblings and nest mates. When things weren't going her way, she very quickly made things go her way by force. With the reputation of being a mean fighter following her through her clan, she left when she was old enough and came to the Court of War under Riona. With a preceding reputation, Brigid easily assimilated into life as Riona's worker.

It was within this new clan that she found Bres, another skydancer with similar tastes in life activities. When they were both taken on by Riona, they became a mated pair. Though their first love is battle, their second love is each other. Brigid may be fierce and hotheaded, but she has a soft spot for Bres despite any shortcoming he may have. The pair are beautiful together, being on the receiving end of many different compliments whenever they are out and about.

Known widely as the muscle behind Riona's operations, Brigid and her mate Bres are formidable enemies. They are incredibly well coordinated and can easily break through the defenses of enemies. Where Bres is somewhat more logical, Brigid has a 'hit first ask questions later' mentality that strikes fear into the heart of her enemies. To see a female skydancer in full war regalia go full berserker is a sight indeed.

Life in the Court of War does not always go to plan, however, and Brigid has her share of rocky relationships. RoseQuartz is perhaps the biggest thorn in her side and she makes no effort to hide her distaste for the showy magician. Born of the forge herself, she finds his use of fire magic incredibly obnoxious and unforgivably tasteless. As an ice dragon she believes he shouldn't have access to the fires. Of course she has no ability to regulate his acts, though she wishes he would slip up just enough to warrant removing him from the clan.
