Uh-oh, looks like this wandering herbalist wandered a little too far from her home lair (114902, Astr0fish), and now she's off to see the world! If ever you feel the need to exalt, she'd really appreciate it if you could just return he to the home lair, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here. This is not necessary, but she would be very grateful! She will always be welcomed back to the lair and I (Astr0fish) am on flightrising frequently. |

Springtrap is a spunky fae, who always likes solving problems. She tends to think a lot but can be loud when needed, and is best friends with Oasis. She likes being free, and she loves the idea of travelling to learn more things from other lairs!

Springtrap's first stop is in a thicket on the border of the Tangled Wood where a small clan of dragons blend seamlessly into the foliage. Bramble, their healer, teaches her about the therapeutic properties - and dangers - of the strange glowing mushrooms found throughout the Shadowbinder's realm.

After a full year of intensive training in magic in the Observatory, Springtrap finally gave up any hopes in mastering the art. Even with efforts and training, only a little spark came out of her spells. After so long, she could not handle this failure. She stays in the school a little bit longer, maybe she could find something useful in this place, something that she could use to get better, but none was found. Alchemy, fighting, even what she learned in other clans could not be used here. Nothing worked... All of her thoughts were confused, "is that all there is to fond in travelling? only failure ..." She felt, it was time to come back home, maybe there, she could find again that feeling that makes her leave to travel in the first place.

Springtrap was happy to fly back to her home in the Carrion Canyon. She was joyous that she was able to see all of her family again and meet some new dragons who had joined the lair. However, before long, she realized that she didn't belong at the place she called home either. The dragons didn't trust her, and the lightning clan that she once loved grew shady and dark. Everyone was so set on helping the stormkeeper and were all weary about other dragons in general. The two leaders of the clan, Yellowfang and Stormheart were in a deep slumber in the back of the lair, and the leader has become more ruthless and demanding. Springtrap realized that she desperately needed to leave, and decided to run away to find a nicer alternative.

On her journey, the little Fae encountered a seemingly despaired Imperial who introduced herself as Dreama. The female Imperial was carrying an unconscious familiar, telling Springtrap it got hurt by a falling branch while they were strolling through the woods. Though Dreama herself was a familiar trainer, medicine wasn't something she considered herself very knowledgeable in. Springtrap didn't hesitate. Always carrying a basket full of useful greens, the herbalist quickly fed the passed out animal a mixture of medicinal plants and roots. While it woke up again, much to Dreama's relief, the familiar still didn't look too well. Thanking Springtrap, the Imperial offered the herbalist to stay at her clan, the Lunar Sanctuary - at least until the familiar's recovery.

The Fae's fifth stop was in a formation of... Emerald? in the Ashfall Waste. After wandering inside, she was quickly greeted by a Fae named Aquamarine, though the Fae introduced herself as 'Aquamarine Facet-6 Cut-2GT', whatever that means. She squealed and called her a 'Jade', though she's not sure why, so she told her that her name is Springtrap, which baffled the little Fae, seemingly confused, and insisted on calling her 'Jade Facet-4'. Springtrap insisted on being called by her real name, to which the Aquamarine begrudgingly obliged. After being shown around a bit, Springtrap asked if she could train with 'Hessonite Facet-2 Cut-8FT', which also baffled the little Aquamarine, who asked why a Jade would want to join the colonization army, to which Springtrap replied: "I don't, I just want to train for my travels. And please stop calling me a Jade." The Aquamarine wasnt very happy with this, but simply agreed, calling her a 'Nephrite' instead, which further baffled Springtrap. Eventually, it was time for Springtrap to continue on, but the members of ‘Green Diamond’s Court’ gave her a necklace to remember them by. |
