CALLOUS • QUIET • EXPERIENCED

Cold, rigid, and unforgiving is how many would perceive Zimesta at first glance; and truth is, there is no warm-hearted loveable dragon underneath that icy exterior. Zimesta is nothing if not calculated and battle-hardened from years of experience.

He's an imposing and truly neutral figure amongst Verivala, often stepping in to discourage infighting, and fighting as a frontline heavy, and is both highly respected, and feared.

Like most wildclaws, Zimesta has a natural affinity for hoarding decorative trinkets that he strings up in his lair. He's a solitary creature, and it's purely for his own satisfaction. Despite being loyal to Verivala and his place in the Plague flight, he is still proud of his Iceborn heritage. Each year, during the upcoming Winter Solstice, he will make the long trek to his home in the Southern Icefield to celebrate the occasion. He often returns with some new trinket to add to his collection, slowly turning his lair into something resembling the frigid ice caves that he grew up in.

Zimesta personally has no interest in the political affairs that continue to tear Verivala into tatters, and remains a neutral presence throughout everything. He's been around long enough to come to understand both leaders, and is a steadfast and trustworthy presence in the darkest of times. His personal beliefs lean more towards Azazel's side of things, but he prefers to act as mediator rather than pick a side. He's been around almost since the very beginning of Verivala, and is just as much in charge as Azazel and Octja are.
