One of the original founders of the clan, Aria was unsure of the path she would be undertaking. The clan started out small with only her mate Tesai and a few dragons that joined them. Aria has since grown accustomed to these dragons eventually leaving her clan to either join the ranks of the Arcanist or some other deity or even move to a new clan. She never fusses about their departure, realizing this is the path they have chosen. When the time came for Tesai to journey to the Arcanist, Aria strongly supported him. Before Tesai left, the two had wandered far from their lair to discover a curious object jutting out in a rocky peak. The Crystalspine Reaches were known for the energies distorting the environment, but this particular discovery only intrigued the pair. The large pink crystal was curved in the shape of a crescent moon. It was appealing enough that Aria and Tesai managed to drag the crystal back to their lair. Aria began examining it. As she worked herself exhausted through the night, she fell asleep next to the crystal and started to have a dream of Tesai leaving the clan to serve the Arcanist. When she awoke the next morning Aria quickly dismissed her dream, but a week later she would learn her mate had made his decision. Aria continued to study the crystal even further, deciding to sleep beside it every night to receive another vision. She was given another, the image depicting a tundra of Shadow origin joining her. When the time had come Aria gladly accepted Thyme's presence. Since then the crystal had been given a name: Dreamweaver. Having been near the crystal for so long has strengthen Aria's magic, even enhancing her healing abilities. Word began to spread about the crystal's powers as many dragons have come and gone but several have remained to assist Aria as well as protect the clan. |
