"I will serve this clan faithfully."

Originally from the Ashfall Waste, Moirenach was taken as a hatchling and trained as a battler. Shipped off from the Waste to the Mire, Moirenach was tasked with training new recruits for Dominance of Sornieth. Battle-scarred and hardened, when he was plucked out of his clan and sold on the underground auctions he prepared for certain death or slavery. His armor and battle trophies were taken away and sold, and he was left with nothing. Malnourished and broken in spirit, he awaited his fate.

The night before his formal auction he was broken out of his chains and spirited away from the auction, urged into flight by a ridgeback barely distinguishable from the night sky. She brought him back to her clan, where he was fed, dressed, and given a choice: he could stay and help the clan defend against raiders, gather resources, and help train dragons to plant in the Stormcatcher’s employees, or he could go free. Moirenach decided to stay and help the clan that freed him from misery, and now enjoys hunting, digging in the Carrion Canyon’s wall, and training in various areas of Sornieth.
