Clan Ardentia has among it one skydancer who cares not for his given name for reasons undiscussed, and styles himself by his role instead. The Scientist is extremely dedicated to the arts of learning, and he keeps his studies multidisciplinary. His main focuses are on questions of alchemy and biology, his elemental ties making him especially attuned to matters of disease and lives fighting other lives on the microscopic level. For all that his element lends abilities to, though, he does enjoy creating new life, thus his ultimate curiosity about alchemy. Most simply call him "The Scientist", as is his preference, but there's one natural exception to this rule. His bonded mate, Cordelia, appeared in his life with excitable curiosity about his projects, and she eagerly invited him into her world to see her shows as well. She is one of the few that can elicit an emotional response from the usually impassive Scientist, and takes to calling him pet names with surprisingly little objection. The two have an adoptive son in Mazin, whose egg the Scientist crafted. |
Outfit notes: I bet you can't figure out this guy's theme. I've not been able to find an accent I like better with him, so it's probably safe to assume it stays. Otherwise, hm... I think in general I'm more looking for ways to add to this outfit than change it. The only thing he's wearing that I could take or leave is the bulb, and honestly I think it's kind of cute.
