Zenith reigns no more. Formerly the leader of the provisional government, his perhaps greatest feat was relocating the Fire clan to Earth, where it stood fast for an era.

Despite the seeming stability of their Earthen domain in Dragonhome, the government never did find its footing, the internal conflicts too great to be stilled, eventually tearing the government apart.

Now Zenith has to stand alone, his face staring back at him from the glimmering shards that are all that remain of his dreams, ideals and hopes.

He knows he's being monitored by the secret police governed by the state, that his differing values put him at danger. Even so, he seeks to form a resistance - and this time, he won't pay Earth any particular favour, this time he'll plead to all who are dissatisfied in Light.
