"The leader of the clan was nothing short of an abomination, a cruel mockery of what it means to be a dragon. At first we mistook her for a corpse; A reeking, mangled heap of flesh and bone. But then she rose, a towering red-eyed imperial, half-rotten; She had no scales, no skin, all raw flesh coated in blood both dried and fresh. Our strongest cowered before her."

Deep within the halls, one of the Skinless dwells, ruling fom the shadows. While she does not care much what her followers do as long as they serve, any threats to those who dwell within the bone fortress are struck down swiftly and without mercy. No one knows exactly what her goal is, but it is known that Rosacea is devoted to the Plaguebringer and spends much time experimenting with new diseases, afflictions and augmentations, spreading them throughout the land to leave only the strongest alive.

Many dragons of the clan are fiercely devoted to their queen, seeing her as an avatar of the Plaguemother's will; Their devotion is worship in all but name. As she rarely speaks, a council of the clan's most influential members tends to everyday matters and makes most decisions - however, whenever she does speak on something, her word is law.

After the elemental disturbances found all around Sornieth, she has emerged from her lair more and more often to command directly, sending mages and warriors to support the Wasteland and even aid in containing it along the borders for the sake of keeping some semblance of peace. Rarely, she has even been seen easing her own principles to tend to the clan's occasional sick dragons. Her magic is by no means painless, but it keeps the body alive, and the clan are no strangers to such sacrifice.
