Powered by Charged Sprockets, Komputilo is the co-founder of the clan and the mate of Neep Norp, the original founder of the clan. She is a very mysterious and quiet dragon, preferring to lurk in her own room. She is a cyborg as well. This means many things for her: she is capable of lightning magic much more powerful than that of an average lightning dragon, but is inferior in every other form of magic. She also never needs to eat or sleep, though she is capable of eating if she wants to. It also has effects on her personality, making her very cold and distant to all but a handful of dragons in her own clan. Despite this, she has always retained her position as the second in command of the clan.

Komputilo's cyborg armor gives her multiple useful abilities. First of all, she has lightning all over her body, causing any enemy that touches her to be met with an intense shock and making her incredibly bright. She also has small jets on her legs, which make her capable of flying at literal lightning speeds, especially when she's in the Shifting Expanse. It also makes her eyes glow uncontrollably, with them only turning off when she is dead. However, despite all of the effects it has on her personality, it hasn't distracted her from a few things she's passionate about; namely, her plush collection. Komputilo always liked collecting stuffed Mammertees, Kelp Tenders and even made her own Stormcatcher plush. It's unknown how this passion managed to stay with her after her transformation from dragon to cyborg.

Komputilo led a mostly normal life before becoming a cyborg. She was born with no memories or parents in sight, potentially shocked into existence by the Stormcatcher himself, and destined to eventually meet a mate to start a clan with. She never joined any clans and instead worked for incredibly long amounts of time at the Tempest Spire. It was there, however, that she met NeepNorp, who, much like her, was born with no memories or parents. The two quickly became friends before they could scrape together enough money to start their own clan.

For the next few years, everything went along well. The clan was gathering substantial funds and NeepNorp and Komputilo had their first kids. Things were mostly going normally until an Overcharged Silverbeast attack. Though police could eventually arrive and take care of it, Komputilo suffered major wounds from all over her body. NeepNorp had to put all of his work in engineering to good use, and transformed the barely breathing Komputilo into a cyborg dragon. Ever since, Komputilo has been second in command as always, and along the way, she managed to befriend an artifically-made River Muck, raised a Longwing Epiptite from its egg, built a small golem companion, and even tamed the Overcharged Silverbeast that wounded her. She also adopted a son she found lying in an abandoned part of the Tempest Spire.
