He was alone from the start, traveling the Wondering Contagion, looking for a place. Being a loner all his life, hunting and defending just to keep yourself alone alive used to be a pleasure, but with time it became a necessity, and this fact started to bother the Mirror. It was time for a change, he couldn't live his whole life outside of a pack. It was time to get his own lair and, maybe, get his own clan. He couldn't have started otherwise here.
Instead of building a lair, he found an abandoned one. He chose a place for his only belongings -very few treasure and some meat. Deathtrap must have been making quite a noise arranging, his activity attracting the attention of a dragoness. She entered the lair in a passive-aggressive manner that soon became friendly, they stared at each other and both thought they looked simillar. After engaging in a talk to know each other, they were quite amused to find out both of them were abandoned loners and their names began with 'death', hers being Deathproof. It was almost as if they were brothers, but their hatching origins told otherwise.
Deathtrap, deciding the dragoness has to be a member of his future clan, invited her to a hunt and later to the fairgrounds in order to gain treasure and start a new life. No long after a few more dragons joined the clan -two Ridgebacks and another Mirror- Deathtrap and Deathproof became mates.
