Bill smiled as he flew around the lairs of Sornieth, claws seemingly empty. To the untrained eye, he appeared to be an unlucky treater with a slightly off costume. If they only looked a little closer, they'd see that third eye of his move, and they might perchance catch the faint blue glow that danced along his clawtips whenever he felt the desire for another sweet treat. He froze when his third eye landed on the entrance to a new lair, and a thin smirk danced along his face as he turned towards it. With a snap of his fingers, he seemed to simply appear before the entrance, a simple-looking black bag in his claws. He couldn't leave off the golden eye on the front of the bag, however. It was his trademark, after all.He knocked on the door, and when the drake came to greet him, his smile only grew.

"Hello there! Nice t'meet ya! Name's Bill Cipher, and I'm out and about asking for some wonderful treats~!" He coiled a bit, holding out the bag to the drake.

"So, as an all-knowing, all-powerful being of pure madness, I was wondering if you'd like me to make a little wager. I bet Cueball that I'd get more treats than tricks, and he bet the opposite! Since I know lots of things-" He paused, his eyes flashing red for just a moment as his voice dropped.
