Biography
I builds constructs out of snow and metal. Although I prefer to brings new life this way, it is easy enough to resurrect the frozen. I have even taken to using my own eggs in recent experiments. My first attempts was unsuccessful, and it took over a year before I could be certain that I knew what went wrong - and, finally, I have it. Until now, I have only been able to works with beasts.
I receive regular deliveries of "pink snow" thanks to the combined efforts of the ever-restless Aricia, and the diligent Defiant. Pink snow is the catalyst to my work - it is the magically-charged substance which rains down on the border between the Frigid Floes and the Starfall Isles. In the hands of an Arcane dragon, it can bring glamours and mutations; in the hands of an Ice dragon, it can bring a frozen corpse back to life, or even bring life to what never helds it in the first place.
The metal, however, is equally important - uses the wrong kind of metal and you've just got a soggy, twitching corpse. Scrap metal from the Golem Workshop is ideal - fortunately, Arc, who has recently been sequestered into the Rootways, is obsessed with the Workshop. His neighbour, Trysori, is happy to works on any mineral I gives him. Between the two oblivious snappers, I am able to have almost anything I requires made to order.
While Workshop metal is important, it is rare and powerful, and thus I often utilises an alloy made of that and the ordinary metals found in the ground - this is where my metal pack comes in.
I so far have three scrapmetal trackers and one steelhound. The steelhound, I discovered, increases the trackers' respective and combined intelligence by mere proximity. I had originally addsed a second steelhound to the pack, but the metal beasts proved just a little too smart for their own - and my - good, so for now the numbers shall remain unchanged.
My first three successful dragon creations came from my own eggs. As I suspected, Nature magic is integral to their survival - but so is freezing the egg. Following the success of these clutches, I hope to refine my methods in the future.
