This young Surgeling traveled from the Plaguelands to the Viridian Labyrinth when he was only a hatchling, making the long journey as part of an alliance between Clans. He now has a steady line of business with his brother Romulus and is constantly traveling between the Flights to bring news between the Clans. His brother and him have founded a small clearing in neutral territory between their two homes, on the edge of Shadow territory. It is here, among the glow-in-the-dark fungi and their mushroom-house, where they often meet. A competitive streak runs rampant between the two, causing them to find themselves in all sorts of mischief! But this safe haven for the two is also open to other travelers like themselves, and Remus is happy to meet other dragons. His messaging services grants him the opportunity to meet all sorts of dragon-kind, and he greatly enjoys his job. While Remus is friendly and happy to strike up a conversation with anyone he crosses, he greatly dislikes Ivan, who, ironically, is from the same birth Clan that he was. Something about this icy Coatl just rubs Remus the wrong way. Fortunately, Remus is not often at home in the Clarus Clan beneath the willow, so he manages to avoid Ivan as much as he can. When he does come home to the willow and his Clanmates, he usually just hang out with 'Kana, Tucker and Cascade, sharing stories with the other travelers in the Clan. |
Remus' private quarters of the lair are practically bare. This is not his den - it is more of a place to rest when he cannot make it back to his preferred home, the mushroom clearing he shares with his brother on the borders of Shadowland. Still, this room is decorated in one way.
Cattails line the edge of the room, gifts from Romulus. A practical joke, mostly, but Remus keeps them growing out of a certain fondness.
Besides, they are entertaining to play with.
