Ciqala
life is either a daring adventure or nothing

Ciqala left the Sunbeam Ruins at the cusp of adulthood, following his childhood crush Danora headlong into a life of adventures. Unlike his eventual mate, Ciqala was a studious hatchling, eagerly combing over maps and devouring old scrolls that talked about foreign places, strange creatures, ancient ruins, and lost civilizations; and his dream was to see these things for himself, make his own discoveries, and maybe add more knowledge of the past to the present.

Since he first spread his wings and left the glittering Ruins behind, Ciqala has now been all across the world-- gazing in awe at the remains of the Pillar in Dragonhome, creeping nervously through the thickets of brambles to glimpse the Forum of the Obscured Crescent, fighting his way up through the magical abominations that circle the Focal Point. For Ciqala, the danger's part of the excitement; after all, the best treasures are always guarded...and always worth the risk.

Ciqala's scavenging and excavating usually turns up a lot of junk, but once in a while he makes a real find, adding to the clan's hoard of valuables and tradeable goods. When he and Danora return from on of their trips, his satchels are filled to the brim and often weigh more than a full-grown Spiral.

When he's not out exploring or traveling with his mate, Ciqala finds solace in a good book, warm sunshine, the companionship of his harpy ally, Podarge, and a few other dragons. Though widely admired within his clan for his bravery, loyalty to his mate, and analytical mind, Ciqala prefers a only small circle of close friends.
