Felicity is considered wise among the clan, and is a fortuneteller. Her predictions are vague, but Stardust, and thus the rest of the clan, trust her completely. Though she has been avoiding Stardust's questions lately, much to his dismay, she cannot give out the answers just yet. Felicity is not dramatically intelligent per se, but she is experienced and calm. Members of the clan come to her to talk about things they may fear, and to be given advice. This advice, however, is not always clear. Felicity always seems to beat around the bush, and most of her tellings are told in riddles. No one knows the reason for her doing this, and it aggravates the more serious dragons.

It is unknown how and when Felicity found the clan, in fact, she is the oldest dragon here, and many believe she was actually the first to settle at their lair, only Stardust knows the truth, and even then his memories are very patchy. Before her mate passed away, they raised two hatchlings: Petan and Ruse. Both of which, even as adults, are very mischievous. Felicity cares not for their antics outside the clan, and she loves her children deeply. She also adopted Stardust as a hatchling when the four migrated with several others, and will not tell him of her relationship to Ruse or Petan. As far as Stardust knows, Ruse and Petan simply found the clan like the others.
