Stern and military-like, he sometimes comes off as a bit brash. His straight-forward approach keeps things in line. He rarely raises his voice and instead chooses to use a very to-the-point way of speaking. This doesn't keep him from attempting some, albeit awful at times, dad jokes with the young ones.

Growing up in the Plaguelands is hard. Its even harder when your deity is Icewarden rather than Plaguebringer. Tregen came from a rather small clan of travelers. His father, Vekarez, was something of a traveling mercenary. At a young age he was taught to survive in nearly any environment. However, the Plaguelands were a whole other type of beast. They were on their way to aid a clan of mirrors when their caravan was interrupted. Most escaped without harm, however Tregen's mother Notchi was not one. In his grief Vekarez was determined to get revenge. This would be his downfall. He would plan for over a year. Recruiting willing warriors who would blindly fight for his personal cause. In one foul swoop it would end. Nearly all of Tregen's clan would fall and he would be left wandering the wastelands alone. He survived and vowed to never follow in his father's vengeful footsteps. The mercenary blood running through his veins kept him on the move. He came upon Nunki as he was traveling in search of work. He helped her with building the Guard, and soon found he would rather stay than travel any longer. He had fallen for the Guardian and wanted to aid her in building her clan. |

Eventually she met Tregen and he began to serve as her Right Hand and overseer of the Guards of the Clan. After spending so much time together they began to fall for eachother.
