Within the Blizzard Nomads lives a small group of dragons known only as the Infected, plagued with a blight so unknown and mysterious that not even the most skilled and well-educated healers are able to cure it. There are various levels of infection, from mild to severe, with the most severe Infected not seeming to be dragon at all.

The first signs of a dragon becoming Infected are strange, bold lines decorating the dragon's body while later stages have shown loss of any other sorts of patterning that may have been present before the dragon had become Infected. For some reason or another, Infected dragons are typically dark-colored. The most severe of the Infected have no individuality whatsoever and have a hive mind with other Infected.

Where did she come from? The Blizzard Nomads have started to realize that the Infected multiply in a way that perhaps they do not and will never understand. Easily the most severe level of the virus, the dragon known only as Error speaks to nobody except for Glitch. And even then, is it really communication...?
