Aeronwen

Aeronwen is bonded to a Lebanon Ceder in the Aenon's Forest. She tends to it mystically and physically. She protects it from harm and sickness.

It attracts many beetles. She keeps them away from her tree, but does not exterminate them. She actually loves beetles and finds shed bark and wood for them to feed on.

Aeronwen found her way into the forest and Aenon brought her into his little family of spirits, helping her to find her link. She's still not sure why Aenon picked her (or if that was what had happened, she's still unclear about a lot of spirit-stuff) but she feels fulfilled and at peace now that she has her ceder.

Whether Aenon made her a forest spirit or if she was born that way is unclear. She found a mate in another forest spirit, a gentle soul like her own that is bonded to a flock of peacocks. He answers her questions about spirit-stuff, but she seldom asks him anything in that regard. She is content with the life she's living and doesn't care to examine it too closely.
