Dig. Dig down deeper, then deeper still. Dig as deeply as you can. This is Unicornivore's daily routine. Many dragons would find it monotonous, but she quite enjoys it, which has lead to a rather nocturnal lifestyle. She only digs graves after dark, when bats float by and Hati prowls after the moon. It's much cooler than during the day, and despite her Fire Flight resistance to the heat, she much prefers the chillier nights.

Of course, rumors are often spread about those with unusual habits, and Unicornivore is not spared this treatment. Some claim she only works at night because she is Shade-touched, wounded by the light of the sun. Others say that the dark is a cover for her activities as a necromancer, and she takes the wee hours of the morning as a chance to raise the dead without being seen. No one can prove these things, though, and most are forced to pray for (and some against) the fantastic or horrific.

What is for sure, though, is that whenever she works, she can be heard humming a low, eerie song that resonates best on cold, clear nights. It sounds like the rumbling and scraping of rocks, of something deep and old awakening, and Unicornivore sings until she's delved deep enough into the earth to satisfy the requirements of a grave.

In the distance, the black wolves howl along.
