Day of Activation

Model was successfully activated. It has been found capable of rudimentary speech and problem-solving, and seems to be able to recognize staff. Seems to have no knowledge of prior existence, though it was capable of effectively using all features and overriding security locks. Tentatively declared success.

Some form of glitch has occurred, causing N17615362 to [REDACTED]. Due to potential danger, it has been shut down while we address the problem. Potential causes listed in [REDACTED]; we are waiting on official approval to look further into this.

Request to further experiment with the glitch denied for potential damage done to N17615362, as the body crafted is very fragile and we do not know what could cause soul separation. However, all staff are to take a course in self-defense and should be capable of shutting down N17615362 if need be.
