Hayate is the Imperial guard's messenger. He flies over the sea of a thousand currents, over the tangled wood and reaches every single ally to the clan whenever necessary. He is known by most of the Beastclan allies of the clan and is welcomed almost wherever he decides to go.

As a wind dragon, Hayate is incapable of staying put. He needs to be doing something useful, he needs to be talking to someone, petting his familiar, tidying up, anything as long as he's moving. Truth be told, he's a bit of an hyperactive dragon. Because of his job as a messenger for the Imperial guard, he tries his best to stay in good physical shape and trains hard to maintain his endurance.

Despite his busy schedrule, Hayate is also funny and open-minded. He does not judge a dragon for its looks, gender identity or abilities, but for their personality and actions. He loves learning of customs and cultures and is very impatient to see his friend Assan come back from his travels around the Sea of a Thousand Currents.
