That is the way of things. She thinks those who blame the Shade for the evils of the world are just taking the easy way out. Vergere's teachings are usually misused. Sometimes to evil purposes that weren't intended.

In her clan, Vergere is the Head of the Yun-Harla Department. She is proficient in all forms of magic.
