Umah was born in Clan White Prism but didn´t have an easy start. She was badly picked upon by her older halfsister Saarthal. Scale picking, tuft ripping and bad words happened all the time their father was barely looking in another direction. Despite her fathers Carmondai and Saarthals mothers break up, her halfsister spends a lot of time near her father. Little hatchling Umah wanted nothing more than play with her big sister and have a friend. The shock was even deeper as her sister didn´t become her best play buddy but her worst bully. It left a deep clash on Umahs soul and she needed to rebuild most of her self-confidence once she got old enough to fight back. In her teenage years, Umah builds a wall of arrogance around her heart to gain it back and never let anyone beat her down again.
And no one could deny that Umah has become an incredible headstrong dragon, who cannot be shaken by anything anymore.

The relationship between the two sisters is still deeply fractured and Umah despises Saarthal with every feather of her being. Not only because of the horrible past but also because of jealousy. Umah would do everything to be the Matriarchs daughter and heir. To be next in line to rule and lead the Clan to prosperity and happiness. Umah doesn´t let many dragons see behind her hard exterior but deep down Umah cares about the Clan members. She cares a lot. She loves to walk through the Clan and listen to banter and laughter, participate in chatting and enjoy the warming rays of sunshine while being surrounded by the dragons she loves with all her heart. It makes her furious when she looks at Saarthal and how she is wasting her birthright as the Matriarchs daughter.
She always hoped that the Matriarch Ashabellanar would notice her talents and her engagement. She is fulfilling her duty as Breed Representative with ease and passion and has the potential to become a great leader one day... Since Umah knows that Ashabellanar is an intelligent and observant dragon she presumes that the Matriarch keeps her down because she is the daughter of Brigmore. The Skydancer that "stole" her mate Carmondai. But Umah will never give up and will do her best. Her Clanmates mean to much to her to sulk.

Trivia

In her free time she learns the art of making jewelry from Erafalon
She gets along great with the confident and hardworking Nachtholm but also the recently joined Bard Chalastre became a dear friend and comrade. Despite living out her creative side and reminding Umah of Saarthal.
Her appearance is right in the middle between her mother and her father and she resembles no one of them. She actively emphasizes on her uniqueness and underlines it with self-crafted apparel.
Umah has been born with a very weak connection to magic. Even simple spells take a lot of preparation and exhaust her immensely.

HOME

Umahs home is decorated with the painting of a starry nightsky. To bring light in her lair she does not only rely on Odimms Mirror magic but on a lot of candles, lamps and glowing rocks. It is a miracle that nothing got toppled over and burned the whole lair to the ground despite the overflow of burning light sources. She can not be talked into throwing out her candles because she loves to stare at open fire,the shadows it cast and most importantly the warm lighting.

HOARD

Besides hoarding anything candle or lamp related Umah hoards anything that could eventually be turned into apparel. Since she started her hobby of crafting apparel under the watchful eyes of Erafalon shoe gathers cloth, feathers, quartz, necklaces, chains, jewels, tuft of fur, everything. She crams all of it behind a curtain in her lair, to keep the illusion of order.

FAMILIAR

Her old steam gyre sadly passed away. She adored his pretty Sublimity but after his death she couldn´t laugh for a long time. Until she found this funny Corundum Chameleon while looking for new crafting material. It is a little bit dump and brings himself in the funniest situations and on this day it tried to cross a river attached on a Brown River Flight, which was desperatly trying to get rid of it. Umah adopted it on the fly. His name is Glubglub.

TRAVEL

Umah never traveled beyond the borders of the White Prism Clan and hasn´t seen anything except Lightflight territory. But it doesn´t bother her because she has no drive for exploring other cultures or landscape. She thinks home is underrated by some dragons.

BIRTHSTONE

Her birststone is the Labradorite with the meaning of Healing, and being easily hurt but recovering easily as well.
