StealthyDraik Clan Role: Lead Striker/Herbalist StealthyDraik has found his way to the Flight Rising universe after venturing across Neopia. Far and wide, StealthyDraik Roamed for many years. Until, one day stumbling on a portal to this universe... All ready trained in ways of Agility, Quickness and Strength. StealthyDraik has Begun to Conquer the Colosseum. With Victory after Victory StealthyDraik earns massive amounts of treasure by training weak dragons before they are exalted. His eyes are like glass, chillingly cold and just as sharp. And when he lingers, it is always in the shadows. Barely a wingtip will peek out from the darkness, reminding you that he is listening, even if you think no one else is. He’s practically cut from the same cloth as the shadows themselves. You will never see him coming. I am fear itself in its greatest form." ~ Chill20 2k Something – or someone – is waiting in the dusk and gloom. A dragon with scales so dark, and veins so cold, he may very well be a shadow himself. He works in dark where no one can see him. While the dragons of the clan go about their business in the light, unaware of the creature watching them, waiting, StealthyDraik is free to pursue his own important work without interruption. Not many others know about the work he does in secret. StealthyDraik is quite good at keeping his secrets to himself. But for those few who do know, they understand him to be a particularly powerful witch doctor and potion master. He knows secrets, potions, and spells that other dragons could never hope to master in their short life times. These were mostly acquired from other such masters of the craft, who he studied under. StealthyDraik has had a very long life. In fact, he finds that few things pique his interest due to his vast experience. So, he's started doing strange experiments in the dark. It almost seems as though... he's trying to create something. A golem, perhaps? Or something more alive than that? In truth, he rarely needs to venture out of the pipes where he’s been hiding. This strange, dark spiral never seems to eat or sleep, at least not as far as anyone would be able to tell. Many of the ingredients he uses in his craft are little bits of simple magic: a pawful of feathers from a coatl in love, the scales of a scorned dragon, and other similar components are very useful to his work. Items with sentimental value are the most potent, so he often watches the dragons in the clan to see what objects they hold most dear to them. A token of love, for example, can be used to make a particularly powerful charm of protection. At the moment, he seems to be working on something major. He’s been collecting items from different dragons in the clan and hoarding them away. But what this project actually is… well, it’s difficult to say. StealthyDraik wasn’t always this way. Or… perhaps he was. It’s been so long, the memories of before have swirled and faded into the ones of now. It’s better not to dwell on the past, in any case. Although it would be difficult to tell without knowing first, he’s actually almost blind in both eyes. This spiral was born in the dark, and never quite grew used to the daylight. As such, his eyes grew weak from lack of use, and he naturally learned to compensate with his other senses. His hearing is so highly developed that he can pick out individual noises even in a crowded room and hone in on them. This makes him an excellent spy, and aids him when he wants to listen in on other dragon’s conversations. Strangely enough, he can also create a mental picture of the area he’s in simply from sound alone. When it comes to his potions and spells, he relies more on his senses of smell and taste. He can identify many different spell components, from dried herbs to moonstone by smell alone. Years spent working with these different, and often highly toxic, ingredients has given him a strange immunity to many types of poisonous substances that would cause any other dragon to fall ill or even die.
