Noah, like most pearlcatchers, is a prideful dragon and not only believes he's invaluable to the clan but that the job he preforms is of the utmost importance. Considering Noah has been appointed as the clans treasurer and accountant and somehow single-handedly oversees most if not all of the clans transactions and finances, he's not entirely wrong. Being incredibly fastidious and tirelessly committed to his task he's given leave to freely give orders and call shots where the clan treasure and mercantile business is concerned. He is unflinchingly strict and serious when it comes to taking care of the clans income and resources and it usually consumes most of his time. Any business that is conducted, sales or trades, usually goes through Noah. He even helps Vulkyric the blacksmith with his business and selling his goods and wares, in fact Vulkyric seems to be one of the few dragons who can tolerate and even get along with the Pearlcatcher. Being so arrogant and stern as he is, he's not particularly sociable and not everyone gets along with him very well. He prefers to keep himself, but whether that's caused by or the cause of his relationship with his clanmates it's difficult to tell. Regardless, he's still an asset to the clan and does his job well enough to be accepted, 'quirks' and all, and left to his own devices as he prefers. He seems fulfilled in his job and place in the clan and as he hasn't complained once about anything, everyone assumes that until he does he's happy being here.
