Alcor
Leave the weak and the haunted behind.

Mizar's right-hand and generally a terrifying presence to those around her. Alcor is cold and demanding and most certainly not someone you'd want to be friends with, but she is very good at her job and isn't inclined towards things like making friends anyway.

On her own, Mizar is not much of a leader, but when combined with Alcor's skillsets the two of them make a fantastic team; Alcor handles the minutiae of daily tasks and does the majority of the long-term strategising, but she has absolutely none of Mizar's charisma and will tell you what she thinks of you to your face. Usually, her opinion is not good.

Of all the dragons on Sornieth, Alcor is the only one who could claim they have any idea of what's going on in the new Empress' head, which suits both of them just fine. Her loyalty is absolute, and Lightweaver help whatever poor fool decides to make a disparaging comment about Alcor's commander within her earshot.

Character Notes
10,000 Fists, Blitzkrieg
• The only dragon Alcor is ever warm with is Mizar, who is her mate as well as her commander. Even that might be termed lukewarm at best; she and Mizar are more work partners than anything else, though there is some actual affection there. Neither of them are good at expressing it, so it just manifests as being more patient with each other than they are with anyone else.
• Despite her general personality, she isn't heartless or cruel - in fact she is often the voice of restraint compared to Mizar's wild temper.
• While she doesn't train them directly, the fledgelings that are to be sent to the Lightweaver are under her command. Luckily for them she recognizes that moments of rest are as crucial to improvement as training, and that younglings need some form of support and encouragement to reach their full potential. The younglings themselves are often terrified of the imposing Mirror, and Alcor does not particularly mind this. Fear is also an effective motivator, after all.
• Growing up in the Scarred Wasteland has made her a fiercely tenacious dragon. She expects perfection of others, but imposes the same expectations on herself. She believes that there is always room for improvement, and that improving one's self is the most important part of one's life.

OOC Notes
• Dragon version of a Jet Force Gemini OC!

One of the many descendants of Mizar and Alcor, collectively known as drones. It wasn't intended as a flattering term, but they've taken a sort of pride in being their parents' yes-men. The drones are most often bound for the Lightweaver's service, but every now and again one of them winds up serving another god - or even occasionally a dragon clan. They function as excellent soldiers and bodyguards as long as their superiors don't expect them to think for themselves; such a trait is viciously suppressed from the moment of the drone's hatching. Every now and again the training doesn't quite work as intended, resulting in various undesirable quirks. Sometimes things such as curiosity, empathy, or a sense of morality aren't quite stamped out, resulting in defective soldiers that are quickly culled from the crop. I wonder which sort of drone this one is? You're welcome to rename me, resell me, exalt me, or anything else you can think of! If you give me lore, let Kirmon64 know - they'd love to read it!
