Biography
Daenerys
Mother of Dragons
Daenerys is polite and well-spoken and filled with a quiet determination. She was born along side one other Nocturne who claimed he was her brother. Her so called 'brother' treated her as an object instead of a real dragon, and intimidated her. He then used her and sold her to the leader of a vicious clan of half-wild nomadic warrior dragons with the stipulation that the nomadic warriors serve him and help him conquer the nearby clans so he may reign supreme as one of their leaders.
Constantly living under her 'brother's' domination has given her a great empathy with the less fortunate. She is deeply sympathetic to those she perceives as oppressed, while at the same time her pent up frustration from being dominated by her petty 'brother' make Daenerys capable of being ruthless against those she perceives as oppressing others. She perceives the world in black and white, and can be idealistic to a fault.
While in the clan of Nomadic warrior dragons, Daenerys fell in love with the leader, a hardened war dragon named Drogo. Drogo and Daenerys shared a great intensity of love between them, and through his teachings, she learned to assert herself. She gained confidence, pride, and skills of command. During this time, she learned to stick up for herself and took on the title Khaleesei. Her 'brother' grew jealous of her ability to influence the nomads and demanded he be given his dues, threatening Daenerys and her unborn egg in the process. Drogo retaliated by killing her so called 'brother' freeing Daenerys of his command. Despite her freedom and her newfound knowledge, Daenerys tends to be naive because she is young, and her 'brother' kept her hidden for so long. Due to this, she made a stupid decision which caused her lover Drogo to die, as well as causing her child Rhaego to be Stillborn.
After his death, she cast herself into Drogo's funeral pyre, which was said to be hot enough to kill any dragon. She emerged unharmed, with scales glistening like a thousand gems, and holding six unhatched nocturne eggs in her arms. She was then nicknamed 'the Unburnt, and the Mother of Dragons.'
