Qays
It's hard to find a dragon to match queen-consort Salome in grace, but Layla just might do it, her flight smooth and silent, her manners impeccable. Even her fighting is done with grace and poise, though she does attribute that to Salome's training, giving credit where credit is due. Ever since her hatching, Layla has wanted to achieve that godlike level of poise and confidence, the ability to inspire with her movements, and, while she doesn't quite dance the way Salome does, Layla won't give up.

Her mate, Qays, is fascinated by her, declaring her even more beautiful and inspiring than the queen-consort and her dancing. Since that day, Layla and Qays have kept close to each other, Layla going about her daily duties with Qays trailing behind, scribbling out poetry about her and reading it aloud to get her opinion on it. It's flattering, romantic, and makes Layla feel like the most beautiful dragon in Sornieth. 		shadow_1.png
