Echo is a slow, lumbering beast of dragon. He takes every step deliberately and with the appearance that his every move has some greater impact on those around him. A bit bossy, the Ridgeback refuses to take any sass from anyone. This is why he serves as the ever-vigilant clerk to the clan’s armory. There are few things that could get him to leave his post and there are even less that could convince him to pass out arm willy-nilly. Echo is a short-tempered dragon, and he is not afraid to get in someone’s face to put them in their place regarding the proper distribution of weaponry or otherwise. His favorite thing to say when a clanmate argues about his rules is “Too bad you’re not in charge, huh?”.

Echo sometimes has a difficult time of relating to others feelings, or being careful of their sensitivities. He speaks his mind, not aware if his words are hurtful or not. The electrical Ridgeback's redeeming quality for his rather abrasive personality is his unquestionable dedication to his clan. Echo protects his clan’s resources the way he does because he knows that small mistakes will add up to larger ones, and he does not want to be responsible for a large mistake that destroys the dragons he cares about – even if his methods may seem very aggressive.
