Biography
Riverwind, the leader of clan Cloudmist founded it with her mate, Windshearer. Together with their clan elder, Massif, all three fight to be able to protect their clan from danger, and most of what River shows is this warrior side of her, a dragon who started a small clan from the ground up, with her bare claws & her mate at her side. She hordes jewelry, and tries & fails to convince herself that she doesn’t need to wear it all at once (its pretty, but gets in the way, why must this be an issue?). You’re more likely to meet her as a hard working knight who’s determined than the caring mother that she keeps to herself.
Like many of her children, her daughter, Zephyr was inspired by her mother’s strong side, and left as soon as she thought she was ready to fight for Windsinger, as so many of her offspring have also gone off to fight. She’ll always be proud of her young warriors, but she can find herself occasionally missing them.

Riverwind leads the clan, and Windshearer has River as his charge, while the clan is River's charge. At first, River saw Wind as a threat and would chase him off, but once Wind explained why he kept coming back she begrudgingly accepted his company. Wind isn't stupid tho, and realized the best thing he can do to make sure River is alright is to protect the clan, and so they protect it together.

she used to be convinced that her charge was this random patch of grass in wind territory, and legit almost fought off her mate bc of that, but then realised, that when she kept on letting dragons stay on 'her' patch of grass, that it wasnt the grass she was feeling protective over... but the dragons (aka, her charge is her clan)
