King of the Equinox Glade, Gideon rules with a strict hand, yet reasonable and thoughtfully. He listens to logic, rules with kindness and practicality, and is seen as honorable and willing to do anything for the Glade.

The Queen, Akari, is his closest complanion.

Past
Before Gideon became a loyal king of the Glades, he was born into the Fallow Sky Colony as a prince. His brother, Cresento, was blessed by the Gladekeeper every since hatched, and Gideon, (nicknamed Gold because of his love for it) quickly grew jealous at his brother's magical abilities. Using gold he stole from the royal treasury, he confronted a powerful dark wizard from the beastclans and requested a power so strong, that all would bow to him. He was given the power of fire, to summon it at will.

With his power, Gideon became a bullying tyrant, burning down and pillaging other dragons' homes for his own pleasure. His brother, Cresento, finally drove him away as an outcast to live in the Western forest of the Fallow Sky Colony. There, he formed his own clan, the Equinox Glades, to redeem his name as one of royal descent. Although his temper and jealousy towards Cres remains, he rules loyally and strictly over his dragons; his mate Akari teaching him kindness and compassion.
