Dual Personality

At a young age, Innogen befriended a tiny ragamouse. It was so incredibly small, probably the run of the litter. It scurried around her den, gathering crumbs. Right then, Innogen, barely more than a hatchling herself took charge of the Ragamouse. She clasped it so gently in her enormous paws, stroking its soft fur, and it would ride upon her as she went upon her day. As a youth, she was an apprentice of a brewmaster, and spent her time gathering regents and nursing various potions as they simmered in the cauldron.

But a ragamouse does not live as long as a dragon, and despite all the love and attention showered upon it, the mouse grew old and Innogen's beloved charge passed away. Despite the ragamouse's passing being a natural occurrence, Innogen felt she had failed her charge. Her friends and family tried to console the deeply wounded guardian, trying to convince her that perhaps her true calling were all Ragamouses, or small animals in general. But the pain cut too deep, Innogen mourned for many months and the grief and overpowering sense of failure warped her mind.

She left her clan quietly - perhaps it was not even a concious decision. She merely wandered off one day. Some time passed when she met Salvation Jane - a group of dragons, once sole wanderers like herself, now wandering as a group. Alongside her new comrades, Innogen became little better than a bandit. Sometimes they used subterfuge, other times stealth or brute force. It was the other dragon's fault, for not being as clever or as strong as Salvation Jane. If they truly deserved their possessions, they would've gone to greater lengths to protect them.

Even Innogen's closest friends couldn't tell you exactly what her personality is - for she seems to have a new one every day. She argues both sides of a debate, or changes her mind a dozen times. And like her dual personality, she is both a skilled healer and a skilled fighter. Her large size, unrelenting anger and lack of self-preservation makes her a remarkable brawler, and she has gained reputation for being the 'brawn' of the group. However, she also aids her comrades by brewing medicinal potions.
