Classy lady, sophisticated and vain.
Spanish accent, very pompous and sophisticated in her way of speech, at least as long as she stays calm, because she can start using profanities if angry enough. Very blunt, sarcastic and mean if you're looking for trouble or contesting her authority.
Likes:
always being smart and classy, music and dance
 		Dislikes:
dragons who don't admire her beauty, when her employees don't live up to her expectations, taking care of hatchlings
Lore:
When she arrived in the clan, she was young but beautiful, running away from a harsh mother and a loving father, expecting to charm her way into the heart of dragons to wrape them around her claw. Unfortunately she found her way into the Chiroptera Cult, home of many cunning dragons, some of them completely unaffected by her looks. But an older dragon took pity on her and helped her: Dunstan. The Guardian helped her find her place in the Clan, and their relationship soon evolved into a strong bond.
Not very maternal (how could she, with a mother like Velvet?), she was still quite affected by the loss of one of her son, who stayed Unnamed. Since that unfortunate day, she has tried to stay away from hatchlings (even her own). She blamed herself, thinking that her lack of motherly instincts somehow caused her son's death. She has tried to convince Dunstan to find another mate, but he hasn't been able to stop loving her, so now she shares him with her friend Haizebeltza. They are Felicita's main crutches to fend off her depression.
She rules her Cabaret as an iron hand in a velvet glove, pushing her 3 employees to dance to the best of their abilities, and sometimes even asking her friend Lacrymosa to sing on special occasions.
