______ I developed this rule page because stuff can happen and I want to be as fair as possible to those who use my nests. I always have plenty of food, treasure tips are accepted, and I will return your breeding pair and hatchlings as soon as they hatch. I ensure timely hatching and should I ever mess up and miss an incubation day, I will use my own money for a boon of fertility to make sure your nest hatches when I promised it would. I choose to nest when I have time and space and will not offer unless I have both.

______ That being said I have had to develop some strict policies regarding nest abandonment. It is an awkward situation to put me in and I'm going to just go over what this will mean for you and your pinglists. When I send a pair and hatchlings back, I will leave the Crossroads up for a week. I prefer for you to accept a crossroad within 24 hours. After that week, I will put familiars on your dragon family, to get some chests and treasure in hopes of offsetting food cost. If your account goes completely inactive or you leave your dragons in my lair for a month with no communication, I will be within my rights to do what I want with your dragons. So here's what happens. I will keep your breeding pair for no less than three months, in case you come back. When you come back, you can message me to get your pair back. The hatchlings will be 100% up to my discretion on how to use or distribute.

That means that I can keep, sell, exalt, or do whatever to your hatchlings. I will happily rebreed your dragons when your come back for more hatchlings, but any profit gained from the original hatchlings will be forfeit for you. I am not made of lair space. I did not sign up to be your boarding house. I will have fed your dragons for a month by this point and will use your hatchlings as payment for boarding your dragons. If you were on a pinglist for a hatchling or had reserved a hatchling, your reservation was with the owner of the abandoned dragons. It will be a courtesy of me to honor your agreement with them, but I am under no obligation to. Under Flight Rising terms of use I am under no obligation to even hold your dragons for the time that I do. I am under no obligation to give anyone any hatchling if I was not the one negotiated with.
